Vincent Lazatin is a governance and transparency advocate with extensive leadership experience across civil society, development initiatives, and the financial sector. He currently serves as the National Coordinator of Bantay Kita, a coalition that promotes transparency and accountability in the extractive industries sector.

Prior to this, he was the Executive Director of the Transparency and Accountability Network (TAN), a broad coalition of civil society organizations, academic institutions, and research groups advancing good governance and anti-corruption reforms in the Philippines. Since 2006, he has played a central role in convening and leading multi-stakeholder initiatives, fostering dialogue among government, private sector, and civil society actors.

Mr. Lazatin has held key leadership roles in several prominent organizations. He has served as Board Member of the Galing Pook Foundation, Chairman of the Construction Sector Transparency Initiative Philippines, and Board Member of the Construction Sector Transparency Initiative Global Program. He has also been actively involved in the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative Philippines as a former Alternate Board Member, and previously chaired the Civil Society Coalition on the UN Convention Against Corruption. His leadership extends to infrastructure transparency through Bantay Lansangan, where he served as Executive Director.
