ON-GOING PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES
This study is an assessment of 4Ps and other existing Social Protection (SP) programs in the Philippines administered by the Philippine Government, with a specific focus on prominent SP initiatives beyond the 4Ps. The study encompasses an in-depth analysis of data and information obtained from SP program beneficiaries, program implementers, and other relevant stakeholders. Its objective is to assess the collective impact of these SP programs on poverty alleviation in the country.

COMPLETED PROJECTS
The study aimed to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the LSA Program in terms of design, implementation, and results. Key components of the study are a nationwide survey of 398 LSA owners/operators and consultations in 6 regions, namely Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Western and Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao, and CARAGA. It sought to determine the program’s effectiveness and extent of achievement of its objectives.

This evaluated the implementation of PCF 2019-2023 to inform the development of PCF 2024-2028. It focused on PCF’s design and implementation, programs undertaken, coordination mechanisms, etc. The evaluation was guided by the OECD-DAC criteria of relevance and adaptability, coherence, effectiveness, orientation towards impact, efficiency and coordination, and sustainability.
